These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and j77com ("j77com," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the j77com website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the j77com Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by j77com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the j77com Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a self-exclusion order may not register or use the Platform.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of j77com or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

j77com reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be voided and forfeited.

To access real-money gaming on j77com, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all j77com accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) j77com account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j77com login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. j77com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Currency: j77com accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All transactions, balances, and winnings are displayed in PHP unless otherwise specified.

j77com supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your j77com account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. j77com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: j77com aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Own Payment Methods: You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Transaction Fees: j77com does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges, for which j77com accepts no responsibility.
• Anti-Money Laundering: j77com complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. j77com reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation.

j77com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified on the promotion page. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Abuse Prevention: j77com reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of software errors.
• Modification and Withdrawal: j77com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games offered on the j77com Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all j77com games:

• Game Outcomes: All digital game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) under controlled studio conditions.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, j77com reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Disconnection: j77com is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection or device failure on the player's end. Where technically possible, game state will be preserved and restored upon reconnection.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. j77com reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j77com Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or cheating, including the use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j77com staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with j77com's software or systems;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.

j77com is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: j77com strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under the minimum age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits refunded.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through j77com's responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, j77com will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.

All content on the j77com Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of j77com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Limited License: j77com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the j77com Platform without the prior written consent of j77com.
• Trademarks: The j77com name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of j77com. You may not use any j77com trademark without prior written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j77com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the j77com Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content.

j77com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j77com account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j77com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability.

j77com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, j77com reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your j77com account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any eligible balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.

j77com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, j77com will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the j77com Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the j77com Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

j77com operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
